Q: Are your products safe for sensitive skin? Our formulations are crafted with gentle, skin-loving ingredients. While many customers with sensitive skin use our products successfully, we always recommend performing a patch test before full application.
Q: What happens if my body butter melts during shipping? Our body butters are made with natural butters and oils; they may soften or melt during warmer temperatures. If this happens, simply place your body butter in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes until it solidifies again. Melting does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product; it may just change the whipped texture slightly. The nourishing benefits remain the same.
Q: How should products be stored? Products should be stored in a cool location, away from moisture and direct sunlight. (With the exception of the soap bar you are currently using)
Q: Do you offer custom orders? Yes! We love bringing intentional ideas to life. Please email us via email @ info.komplexionsbmr.com with your custom request, and we’ll review the details and follow up with next steps.

Q: Are your products organic? Most of our ingredients are organic and are marked with an asterisk (*) on our ingredient lists. We prioritize high-quality, thoughtfully selected butters, oils, and botanicals to ensure gentle and effective formulations.
Q: Do your products contain harsh chemicals? Our formulations are created without unnecessary fillers and focus on gentle, effective ingredients.
📦 Orders & Shipping
Q: How long does processing take? Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, with the exception of Whipped Mango Butter and custom orders, which require additional processing time. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Q: Do you accept returns? Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
